Sinus Graft
A maxillary lateral window sinus graft was performed in preparation for multiple implant placement. Entry to the sinus was obtained via the maxillary right buccal plate. The Schneiderian membrane was elevated from the floor of the sinus. A bone graft consisting of mineralized freeze-dried bone, Grafton™ bone putty, and Pep-Gen™ was placed into the resulting cavity.
